Ten Guineans who were picked up by the Northern Regional Police Command for coming into Ghana from Burkina Faso have tested positive for coronavirus.
They were put under mandatory quarantine after their arrest in Tamale
They travelled through Burkina Faso and Togo to Ghana and were picked by security following intelligence report
