After losing their old bus in a bizarre circumstance to their arch rivals RTU, Tamale City FC has acquired for themselves, a brand new ‘tear rubber’ bus ahead of the 2020/2021 Division One League (DOL) season.
The Tamale based club confirms they have used part of their covid 19 monies to purchase the bus.
This comes as a relief to the Management of the Tamale based Division One side, as they believe the newly purchased bus will ease the transportation challenges the club have encountered over the last few seasons.
“Thanks to the Management of the club for putting in much effort for the success of this great club by acquiring this bus for us”, head coach Hamza Mohammed said.
“It’s something that would serve as a motivation most especially to the players and we the technical team as well, considering the difficulties we went through over the last few seasons in the league”, he stated.
The 35-seater new bus purchased by Tamale City Football Club would be used by the DOL side in the 2020/2021 season.
