I will win Gushegu seat with 10,000 margin of votes- Alhassan Tampule

The NPP Parliamentary candidate for Gushegu Lawyer Alhassan Tampule has submitted his nomination forms to the EC to contest the December general election with a promise to win the seat with a 10 thousand votes margin.

He said the NPP record of development in the constituency was unparalleled coupled with his personal developmental initiatives which he said is enough to secure the party victory but urged party supporters to scale up their campaign in order to widen the vote margin.

Lawyer Tampule mentioned the provision of electricity to several communities, construction of clinics, provision of furniture to schools within the constituency as some of the projects he personally initiated and therefore need their mandate to bring more development.

Addressing party supporters at the NPP party office in Gushegu after submitting his nomination forms to the EC, Lawyer Tampule said the NDC was not an option to address the developmental needs of the constituents and therefore should not be voted for.

Lawyer Tampule who is also the CEO of the National Petroleum Authority earlier went on a float on the principal streets of Gushegu and visited the Chief Imam and the Gushegu Chief to seek their blessings.

He was accompanied by the Municipal Chief Executive of Gushegu, Chairman of the Council of elders of the NPP in Gushegu, Constituency Chairman, constituency executives and a large crowd of party supporters.

At the Chief Palace, the GusheNaa urged the NPP to engage in a peaceful campaign without violence, insults and provocation.

He said the development of Gushegu was paramount and will therefore welcome all persons that seek to ensure the development of the area.

Municipal Chief Executive of Gushegu Issah Musah also in an address urged the party supporters to take the NPP message to all households in Gushegu to ensure a resounding victory for President Nana Akufo-Addo and Lawyer Alhassan Tampule come December 7
