A case of misconduct by a Tamale High Court Registrar Mr Musah Mohammed has been established in a case involving Mr Abubakari Iddi vrs Zakaria Alhassan and 3 Others in respect of possession of House Number C2 situated at Zamigu in Tamale. The case which was pending over the last 6 years has finally been granted ruling presided over by His Lordship Justice Kenneth Edem Kujdordjie at the Tamale Commercial Court on Wednesday 12th July, 2023.

In the ruling, the Judge His Lordship Kenneth Edem captured a number of issues including how a registrar one Mr Musah Mohammed of the Court tries to conceal and manipulate documents in favor of one lawyer to downplay another lawyer’s evidence.

However, upon further investigations the Court has established that the registrar has acted “surreptitiously, ignominious and fraudulently” in his misconduct and was finally granted for a want of possession.
