N/E: NPP clears all 14 candidates for primaries

The ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) of the North East Region has cleared all the 14 aspiring candidates for its upcoming parliamentary primaries in the region.

A Statement signed by the North East regional secretary of the party, Sule Sambian , indicated that All the 14 aspiring candidates, comprising three females and 11 males, have all been cleared to contest by the National Executive Committee.

*MEMO FROM THE NATIONAL PARLIAMENTARY VETTING COMMITTEE OF THE NEW PATRIOTIC PARTY, NORTH-EAST REGION*

*PUBLICATION OF LIST OF PARLIAMENTARY CANDIDATES CLEARED TO CONTEST*

Following the vetting of all fourteen parliamentary aspirants in the North-East Region on the 1st March 2020, the National Parliamentary Vetting Committee, pursuant to the party’s rules and regulations for the conduct of its parliamentary primaries is by this notice, publishing the list of all aspiring parliamentary candidates who have been cleared to put themselves up for contest in the upcoming primaries.

All the 14 aspiring candidates, comprising three females and 11 males, have all been cleared to contest by the National Executive Committee. The aspiring parliamentary candidates in the  constituencies are as follows:

*NALERIGU CONSTITUENCY*

1. Hon. Hajia Alima Mahama

2. Mohammed Samson Sampa

3. Peter Wuni Baaga

4. Dr. Musah Yamba Issahaku

*BUNKPURUGU CONSTITUENCY*

1. Hon. Solomon Namliit Boar

2. Jabong Minnyilia

3. Daniel Duut Janamah

4. Konbong Tingoti

*WALEWALE CONSTITUENCY*

1. Hon. Dr. Sagre  Bambangi

2. Lariba Zuwera Abudu

3. Seth Pamwum

 Boyoyo

4. Yidana Zakaria

5. Ishaq Ibrahim

6.Dr. Susana Alo

The National Parliamentary Vetting Committee wishes to express its gratitude to all Regional and Constituency Officers, the aspirants and their supporters, for the decorum exhibited during the entire exercise.
