Coach Iddrisu Suheru Napari (Coach Kubili) deny bail by the Tamale District Magistrate Court.

Coach Iddrisu Suheru Napari (Kubili) has been denied bail by the Tamale District Magistrate Court, and the case has since been adjourned to Monday, 26th June, 2023.

The case presided over by Justice Issifu Amadu denied the bail after Lawyer for the defendant Abdul Rauf Halid pray the court to grant the accused bail as his client showed remorse over the last 48 hours by surrounding himself to the police for the trial process”.

Prosecution lawyer Mohammed Sulemana pleaded the court to grant him 2 weeks to gather witnesses and further evidence to proceed with the case.

However, His Lordship Justice Issifu Amadu denies granting the Prosecution lawyer his request but rather directed him to provide his witnesses and evidence in 5 days before he can make a comment on the case.

Coach Kubili has further been remanded in to prison by the Court till 26th June, 2023.
