25 Referees from Northern Region to embark on GFA/FIFA Referee Integrity Training

25 referees from the Northern Region who have been selected by the Ghana Football Association (GFA) to officiate the 2019/2020 Ghana Premier League, Division One League and the National Women’s League, would be embarking on a GFA / FIFA Referees Integrity Training.
The seminar which is organised by the GFA in collaboration with FIFA, is scheduled to come off at the Pentecost Convention Centre at Kasoa Nyanyano on the 10th to 13th December, 2019.
Out of the 25 officials, 7 are women and the remaining 18 are men. For the 7 women, 5 referees (Salifu Barichisu, Fuseini Mariama, Kassim Fadila, Jakpa Faizatu and Lange Monica) with Issah Fatimata and Ibrahim Rabi who are Assistant Referees would be participating in the seminar.
For the male, 3 referees (Opoku Arhin Gabriel, Mohammed Misbau and Mahama Ewuntoma) with Assistant referees (Alhassan Abdulai and Mumuni Fuseini) who are the only referees from the Northern Region to officiate in the Ghana Premier League would also embark on the training.
Referee Umar Abubakar Sadiq is leading the list of referees from the Division One in the Northern Region for the exercise.
Other referees in that category includes Siraj Yahaya, Iddrisu Umar, Iddrisu Mustapha, Mohammed Tanimu and Joseph Kwaku Adae.
Assistant Referees to embark on the training include Mikaal-Il Fauzan, Mohammed Alhassan, Alhassan Abdul Rawuf, Mohammed Mohammed, George Owusu Amponsah and Seidu Abdulai.
The GFA in all have invited 270 Referees and Assistant Referees for the integrity training.
