Youth Leadership Parliament offers free complementary Extra classes for SHS students in Tamale awaiting their turn under the Double Track system.

The Northern Regional chapter of the Youth Leadership Parliament has launched a free senior high school complement project in Tamale.

The project, targets first year Senior high students with the gold track who are at home waiting to take their turn when the green track is on break.

The beneficiaries receive free tuition in core subjects, whilst they wait to take their turn in the free SHS.
Speaker of the Northern Youth Parliament Mohammed Gaddafi in an interview with Diamond news said the project is part of efforts by the group to promote and encourage quality education in the region.

He said the project also seeks to instill leadership skills among the beneficiaries whilst offering them free tuition.

Mohammed Gaddafi also encouraged parents to take advantage of the project and enroll their wards. He however appealed to the Metro assembly to assist the project with furniture at the Zogeli Block B since the school only offered them empty classrooms to run the project.

Some of the beneficiaries who spoke to Diamond news said the project is a timely and commended the Youth Leadership Parliament for their vision.
