The chairman of the New Patriotic Party in the Northern Region, Adam Mohammed Bantima Samba says the party would be deploring strategies to ensuring that it breaks the 8 year presidential cycle.
According to Adam Samba, the NPP still has a lot to deliver to Ghanaians, and this ultimately could enhance the chances of party in the 2024 elections. He stated that it is therefore necessary for the rank and file of the NPP to work towards that dream rather than focus on activities that could destabilize peace and breed disunity.
He disclosed this to Diamond News in a telephone interview in Dagbani after issuing a press release that cautioned party supporters and communicators against open endorsement of Flagbearer hopefuls for the 2024 presidential elections.
Chairman Samba warned that punitive measures will be taken against anyone flouting the party’s regulations, but encouraged them to use due processes to getting their concerns addressed.
