Northern Regional Muslim Council (NRMC) wishes BECE candidates well
The leadership of the Northern Regional Muslim Council (NRMC), has admonished candidates writing the 2024 Basic Education Certificate Examinations (BECE) to approach the examination with zeal, trust, confidence and faith in Allah.
According to the leadership of the council, they see this examination as fulfilling both academical and religious goals. For it serves as a medium with which you will climb higher the academic ladder and a prove that you have accepted the call to seek knowledge which Islam hails.
The council in a press statement signed by its chairman Sheikh Issah Alhassan Abubakr, stated that, “the Council wishes to admonish you to invest every moment of your time to this examination and eschew play and over indulgence on social media which takes the precious time of many Ghanaian students lately”.
The statement added that, “as candidates, you are not only advised to make revision the number one priority, but to also try to visit the examination centre early enough to put yourself in mental, physical and spiritual alertness before the commencement of every paper”.
“Council sees the examination as an opportunity for you to vindicate your parents that it was the right decision to send you to school and it is time to make them proud”.
The leadership of the council thus, call on parents to give the needed time, attention and guidance to the candidates in order to assist them achieve the best of the examination.
“Council wishes to invite all stakeholders to this all-important academic exercise to put up their best to achieve both successful and incident free BECE”.
“Council prays to Allah to see you all through in this examination”.
