The Diamond Damba Festival (DDF) is an initiative of Diamond FM which started 8 years ago. The DDF lines up a number of activities each year to commemorate the annual traditional Damba festival celebrated by the chiefs and people of this area.
It started with blood donation exercise to our major hospitals but has since included other beneficial activities like health insurance registration and renewal for the vulnerable, food and consumables donation to windows and orphans, socialization matches for political parties and ‘rival tribes’ to fraternize and promote peaceful coexistence among others.
It is worthy of note that NORSAAC have been a part of the event and have supported it since its inception to date.
