ISAAC DOGBOE PROMISES TO STAGE A FIGHT IN THE UK

Ghana’s World Boxing Organization (WBO) Super Bantamweight Champion, Isaac ‘The Royal Storm’ Dogboe has disclosed his intention to stage one of his future fights in the United Kingdom, specifically, England.

Isaac defeated Japanese 37 year old Hidenori Otake in the first round of their last bout and admits that it was not his intention to end the fight in round one. Isaac maintains that the Japanese came in very strongly in

the initial exchanges.

After that victory, Isaac has called for a unification of two or more of the divisions so that the prize money for each boxer will subsequently be increased.

In an exclusive interview with SkySports on Wednesday, Isaac also took the opportunity to properly explain his origin in the royal household and his expectations for the future.

Isaac Dogboe specifically mentioned either Bob Arum or Eddie Hearn would be his ideal opponents if that fight is to be sanctioned.

Dogboe added that his grandfather’s cousin was a paramount chief of the whole the anlo state making his father an heir to the throne.

This he said makes him a family to another Ghanaian pugilist Joshua Clottey.

Below are excepts of Isaac Dogboe’s interview on SkySports.
