A Flagbearer hopeful of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Goosie Tanoh, has begun his 3 Days tour of the Northern Region.
The veteran politician is taking his “Rising campaign Tour’’ to the doorsteps of branch executives of the NDC to canvas for votes.
Goosie Tanoh, a founding member of the NDC has already toured and engaged delegates in part of Upper East Region.
The main opposition political party is gearing up to elect a flag bearer ahead of Ghana’s next presidential and parliamentary elections in 2020.
Briefing the media after meeting with the Tamale south Branch executives the political pundit, pledged to unite the NDC when given the nod to lead.
The flagbearer hopeful of the main opposition National Democratic Congress NDC, also explained why he left NDC in the past.
A total of 13 aspirants have so far declared their intentions to contest for the flagbearership slot of the NDC.
