Ghanaians galled by the hypocrisy of so-called economic experts, Mahama.

Former president John Dramani Mahama, has expressed misgiving about the way some economic experts in government today now believe in economic statistics and not the escalation of prices of products on the market, as they held in the run-up to the 2016 elections.

Mr. Mahama said before the 2016 elections, “so called economic experts” urged Ghanaians to look at the escalation of prices of cement and other products on the market and disregard the economic statistics his government presented.

The former President on his Facebook page described the economic experts as hypocrites, saying “our people are galled by the hypocrisy of so-called economic experts”.

He said despite the current hardship in the country, these so- economic expert, say life is better for them” under the governing NPP administration leaves room for suspicion.

Below is what the Former President wrote.

“Our people are galled by the hypocrisy of so-called economic experts, asking them in 2016 to forget about economic statistics and look at the escalation of prices of cement and other products on the market, and then today hearing the same experts in government hold-up statistics, inflation etc., and say that life is better for them. And that the perception of hardship in Ghana is a creation of Mahama.
