The Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection (MoGCSP) in collaboration with the Office of the Head of Local Government Service is engaging some selected communities in the Northern Region on Social Protection initiatives and other pertinent issues.
The dialogue, which started Yesturday, Thursday 19th August – in the Nanumba North District, will end on Saturday 21st August, 2021 at the Bole District.
The Northern Regional series is a continuation of the ‘Phase Two of the Community Dialogue Series’.
The dialogue seeks to create and deepen awareness on Social Protection programmes (human capital development) and conscientize the communities on preventable but rampant social issues like Human Trafficking, Child Labour and Domestic Violence.
The project is funded by the European Union through the Ghana Employment and Social Protection – GESP.
