The much anticipated crucial encounter between Tamale City FC and Kintampo United in the 2020/2021 Division One League which was scheduled to have come off at the Aliu Mahama stadium on Tuesday, has been postponed yet again till further notice.
Even though the official reason for the postponement of the game is yet unknown, Diamond Sports have gathered that it is due to the finishing touches the National Sports Authority (NSA) is putting on the pitch of the Aliu Mahama Sports stadium to make it properly ready for all the Division One Clubs in Tamale.
Tamale City FC were expected to have honored this fixture last Saturday but it was rescheduled to Tuesday 12th January, 2021 before it was postponed again late Monday till further notice.
However, their weekend (this Sunday) fixture away from home against Nkoranza Warriors will come as planned.
