Many residents of Tamale are still in shock and wandering why bees invaded their homes on Saturday afternoon.
Some road users were also stranded when the bees took over some major roads within the Metropolis.
Commuters and other road users on the Nyohani stretch were stranded resulting in heavy traffic since the bees had invaded the road.
Some of the residents who spoke to diamondfmonline.com said it was the first time such is happening and wandered why the bees will invade their homes.
Some of the residents believe it is a sign of caution from the gods of Tamale relative to the recent impasse between some residents of Tamale and staff of NEDCo/VRA.
