As the start of the English Premier League is set for this Friday, Diamond FM intends to launch the ‘EPL Show’ on our network on Saturday at the Alhassan Hotel in Tamale from 11:00am.
The EPL Show started midway last season and therefore was not launched. However, this year, your most authoritative Sports Station intends to make the EPL Show bigger and better.
The Sports Desk in collaboration with its partners wants to take the programme to its teaming listeners at the Viewing Centre’s across the length and breadth of the region.
Last season’s EPL Show was reduced to in-studio discussions alone. But this year, that is about to change with this launch slated for Saturday at about 12:00pm.
The featured commentary match to herald the launch is the Chelsea vs Huddersfield Town game with a kick-off fixed for 2:00pm.
However, Manchester United will kick start the season on Friday night at Old Trafford against Leicester City at 7: 00 pm.
Come in your numbers to support your favourite team to victory on Saturday.
Seasoned panelists and old players will be invited for the launch and the subsequent discussions on the road shows to follow on the weekends of big matches.
The other unique feature of this season’s EPL Show is that fans will have an opportunity to predict and win fantastic prizes on all of the matches whose commentary will be live on our network.
There will be at least five matches every weekend spread across Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday night kick-offs.
