ADB PLC Celebrates Loyal Customers from Across Five Regions of the North.

The Managing Director of the Agricultural Development Bank (ADB) PLc, Alhaji Alhassan Yakubu-Tali has assured that the bank will remain focus on providing exceptional services coupled with innovative solutions and a partnership that empowers growth for all its customers.

According to him, customers’ loyalty and trust had inspired the bank to doing more over the past years in bettering its performance thus, making ADB the bank of choice.

Alhaji Yakubu-Tali gave the assurance during a long service and top performing customers’ dinner and networking event organized by ADB Plc. which was held in Tamale over the weekend.

The night  was to celebrate and the strengthen the bond between the “Agric Bank” and clients from five regions of the North; Upper East and Upper West, Savanna, North East and the Northern region.

The Managing Director said ADB Plc. prides itself in being more than just a financial institution, but one that through customer loyalty, trust and partnership had ensured the success of ADB over the years.

“We pride ourselves in being more than just a financial institution, we are a partner in your progress, a supporter of your aspirations and a trusted companion through every step of your journey” Yakubu-Tali remarked

He said it was therefore appropriate that, occasionally, the partnership is cemented with such interactive platforms, meant to strengthening relationships and a shared belief in a brighter future.

ADB Plc. although dominant in providing Agricultural financing to its huge customer base across the country, on another leg operates as universal bank, offering services such as Assets financing, Forex trading among others. ADB guarantees personal loans to pensioners up to four years.

A customer based at Wa, Alhaji Yunusa Sahanoon, who said he had done business with ADB for 49 years, told the gathering, he has since 1975 been with the “Agric bank” and attributed his business success to banking with ADB saying; “in order to bear fruits of such long relationships, other customers should endeavor to be trustworthy and credible in their dealings with the bank.”

Several other testimonies included Dr. Isaiah Aklaku CEO of Picorna Hotel and New Life Clinic who praised the bank for its unique relationship building practice over the years.

Earlier in his introductory address, the Area Manager (Northern Zone) for ADB Plc. Michael Asigri acknowledged that event was to appreciate loyal customers from across the 5 regions and to interact with them on the journeys so far alongside harnessing such relationship into the future together.

Ultimately, We are here to say a “big thank you,” as some of you have done business with ADB for over 40 years and have made our brand a bank of choice,” Asigri added.
