Torrential rains cut more communities in the Tolon district off

Inhabitants of Asayili and Adumbiliyili in the Tolon district are still counting their lost after weeks of torrential rains, ravaged some farmlands and other properties.

According to the affected residents, the two communities are cut off from the rest of the district whenever there is a heavy downpour.

The residents say countless promises to get the situation fixed by appointees and the MP had not been fruitful.

Community members have meanwhile vowed never to vote again until it is fixed.
