University for Development Studies (UDS) continue its unbeaten run to booked their ticket to the semi finals in the ongoing Africa Universities Olympic Games as they defeated Senegal 2-1 in Cairo on Saturday.
Goals from Mustapha Fuseini and Taufiq Alhassan Alolo was enough for the champions of the West Africa Inter-University Games who represented Ghana in the football category of the competition.
This means UDS now play South Sudan in the semi finals stage of the competition on Sunday.
Technical Director Coach Ibrahim Tanko who doubles as the Head of Sports Department of UDS ensured that the Ghanaian University maintain it’s unbeaten run after they recorded three successive victories in the competition so far.
