Some Tamale residents are optimistic that the Tamale interchange when executed will open up the region for more business activities thereby improving the living conditions of indigenes.
They believed an interchange married with the upgrading of the Tamale airport in the Northern regional capital will position Tamale as a major trading center to link the neighboring countries to other parts of the world.
Speaking to Diamonds new on the sidelines of sod cutting event for the construction of the Tamale Interchange project, some residents opined that, Dagbon would soon reclaim its lost gory with the springing up of infrastructural projects.
They believed government decision to invest in the area could boost investor confidence in the region and that will mean many more developmental projects will come into the region to better the lives of the people.
