The Northern Regional Football Association Chairman Alhaji Abu Hassan Ryzo has met some stakeholders of Northern Football to interact with them for the first time after he was being elected into office few months ago.
The meeting which was held at the Alhaji Aliu Mahama sports stadium on Tuesday, saw club owners, coaches, technical directors of the various Division 2 clubs, Division 3, Women’s clubs, Juvenile and colts clubs, and the media, to interact and share with them, ideas on the way forward of Northern Football in the impending season.
Alhaji Ryzo used the occasion to officially introduced himself to the stakeholders and to establish for himself first hand information on the challenges they face at their various club level.
“The reason why I met them was to introduce myself formally to them after been elected as new RFA Chairman”, he explained.
“I also used the opportunity to know the club representatives and interact with them, to know more about some of their challenges at first hand, and how we can assist to address some them”, he stated.
He also share with them some of the fall outs after the Regional Football Association chairpersons met the GFA President Mr Kurt Okraku last week.
Some of the things which were discussed on the meeting includes. affiliation, rowdyism, age cheating, unapproved competitions amongst others.
