Motorbikes dealers association in the northern region has constituted nine members executives to steer the affairs of members
The nine members’ executives include Ahaji Abdul Razak Yussif, as chairman of the association, Alhaji Suley Abubakari, vice chairman, secretary Husein Mubarak, Treasurer Abdul Karim Issahaku, organizer Abu Baba among others.
Addressing members of the association at the inaugural ceremony, the vice chairman Alhaji Suley Abubakari mentioned that motor bikes dealers have continually played key roles in improving the socio economy activities in the region and the country at large.
Speaking to Diamond News on the sidelines at the event, Alhaji Suley stated that membership of the motor bikes dealers had shot up, therefore the need to constitute regional executives to monitor the activities of members.
He appealed to Government to support dealers of motor bikes with loans to enable them expand their businesses
Speaking on behalf of the northern regional director of custom division GRA, the assistant regional Director Agyekum Ansah, commended the association for putting executives in place. However he urge dealers of motor in the region to support custom division GRA to mobilized more revenue to develop the nation.
Meanwhile Agonah Rasheed who speak on behalf of the northern regional MTTU commander of the northern regional police command also encouraged the new executives to support the security personnel to ensure law and order on the roads in the region.
