Inhabitants of Kalpohin village in the Sagnarigu municipality have expressed fears that they may soon be hit by a major epidemic in the community.
According to the aggrieved residents, the deteriorating state of a community toilet in the area could be a recipe for the outbreak of cholera and other infections in the community.
The only refuse container, the residents stated, can longer hold the waste thereby forcing residents to dump on the compound.

The caretaker of the facility, Baba Egya, disclosed to the news team that several concerns raised to the assembly member for the community to get the situation resolved, had yielded little results.
