Our female reporter Sankpi Sabaina detailed at the Sagnarigu constituency in the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Parliamentary Primaries in the Northern Region was brutally and messily beaten to a near stupor until Police came to her rescue.
Sabaina who was taking videos of the Sagnarigu constituency chairman who returned his consciousness after he collapsed in the early hours of the elections at the main auditorium of Tamale College of Education (TACE), was headbutted by one of the delegates who was with the chairman.
Some of the delegates who were with the chairman during his recovery, charged on her (Sabaina) and beat her to the pulp until the police came to her rescue.
Sabaina told Diamond News that her mobile phone was taken from her, with the videos she took was completely deleted from it. More soon…
