The Deputy Managing Director of Agriculture Development Bank, Alhaji Yakubu Alhassan Nawaanaa has presented a new Nissan Pick-up to aid the campaign of the NPP parliamentary candidate for Tolon constituency.
According to Alhaji Alhassan Nawaanaa, it was his determination to help the NPP to retain the Tolon seat, having won it in 2012 and 2016 general elections.
Alhaji Alhassan Nawaanaa said the donation is meant to gunner more votes for the NPP in the constituency by ensuring that, the agenda does not become an exercise in futility.
The Deputy Managing Director of ADB Bank said the gesture was to assist the NPP parliamentary candidate (PC), Alhaj Habib Iddrisu and the constituency executives to go about campaign activities in the constituency to ensure the seat is delivered to NPP.
The Northern Regional Secretary of NPP Alhaji Sibdow Alhassan who received the vehicle on behalf of the NPP PC for Tolon at the Tolon Chief’s Palace, subsequently presented the keys to Alhaji Habib Iddrisu.
Alhaj Habib Iddrisu, who could not hide his happiness about the gesture thanked Alhaji Nawaanaa for the support, and assured him that the vehicle will be put to good use to achieve the set target.
The NPP PC for Tolon constituency also used the ceremony to present six motor-bikes to some selected religious leaders in the Tolon Township.
