Dagomba Boy vows to defeat Chairman Samba

The former Yendi Constituency Chairman of NPP, Alhaji Inusah Amadu popularly known as Dagomba Boy has vowed to unseat the incumbent Northern Regional Chairman of the NPP, Mr. Mohammed Baantimah Adam Samba when the party opens nomination in the Northern Region.

Dagomba Boy is taking a swift comeback to contest Mohammed Baantima Samba, in the 2022 Delegates Congress of the party in the Northern Region

Alhaji Inusah Amadu declared his intention to contest the party’s regional chairmanship slot to Diamond News at his private residence in Tamale.

This will be the second time Alhaji Inusah Amdu is contesting to lead the party in the Northern Region. In 2018 he joined the race but lost to the current chairman of NPP. Dagomba Boy in an interaction with Diamond News said, “this is the time for me to lead the party in the Northern Region.”

According to him, the current leadership led by Chairman Samba have failed the party and every structure of the party is in disarray, hence his intention to contest the chairmanship slot in the Northern Region.

 Alhaji Inusah Amadu Dagomba Boy indicated that though NPP is in power, majority of its members most especially the youth are unhappy with Chairman Samba’s administration. He has promised to bring the needed leadership to the party in the region when given the node.

 “Our party members most especially the youth have been neglected because the region lacks good leadership and that’s what I will provide when I become the Regional Chairman of our great party”, he pledge.

Alhaji Dagomgo Boy said he is very optimistic he will emerge victorious in the 2022 Northern Regional Delegates’ Congress and retire the incumbent Chairman Samba, “I’m coming all-out to win Insha Allah”.

The former Yendi Chairman hinted that he will run a clean campaign with a vision to unite and bring good leadership to the party.

“My vision is to bring good leadership to the rank and file of the party in the Northern Region. I have adopted a campaign slogan “NPP first-Everyone matters” to bring back the glory and hope to many of our despairing supporters across board”. He stated
