BETWAY TALENT HUNT SELECTED PLAYERS REVEALED

The list of selected players for the Betway Ghana Talent hunt in Tamale has been released. The justify your inclusion exercise took place on the 4th August, 2018 at the Nothern School of Business Sports Oval involving about 330 players from across the region. Out of this, organisers were looking at selecting 24 players from the northern sector.

The annual reality show is to give opportunity to young talents to snap contracts in the four Ghana Premier League teams sponsored by Betway namely, Ashantigold, Liberty Professionals, Aduana Stars and Medeama SC. Or the said players would be given out on contracts to the European terrain.

With a firm believe that ‘Every legend started from somewhere’, ‘Greatness exists in Tamale’ and ‘Greatness exists in Ghana’, Betway has a strong conviction that it is prudent to give each and every one an opportunity to excel.

After the initial screening, about 33 players made it to a final selection phase which gave the technical team some difficulty due to the sharpness of these players. The list was therefore taken away with the players assured that they would be contacted individually.

It appears that has now been done as one of the coordinators of the programme in Tamale, Coach Baba Nuhu Mallam made it known to our sports team that the players selected have been invited to the northern sector aggregate screening in Sunyani from Monday morning for further screening. The list shows all of the 33 players have been given the chance to further prove themselves.
